When you book your tour with Bush and Beach we confirm that booking and once that happens you can be assured that we won’t cancel on you! We will also:

  • Reconfirm your tour closer to your departure date

  • Pick you up from your Auckland City accommodation when we say we will – we are proud of our record of not leaving anyone behind.

  • Offer a free cancellation policy – more details on that below

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of a booked scheduled tour for a full refund.

  • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the booked scheduled tour start time.

  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the booked tour’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

  • Private tours require a minimum of 7 days notice to qualify for a refund.
