After pick-up from your city accommodation you travel up Queen St, through Auckland’s central business district, past Auckland University and through the leafy inner city park, known as The Domain; home to the beautiful Auckland Museum and Wintergardens. Continue on through the picturesque Victorian suburb of Ponsonby, famed for its celebrated architecture, before heading over the Harbour Bridge. You’ll stroll on golden Narrow Neck Beach in historic Devonport before continuing up to the summit of Mt Victoria for magnificent, panoramic, views of Auckland. Next you’ll retrace your steps to view Westhaven Marina, one of the largest marinas in the Southern Hemisphere, en route to Auckland’s waterfront.
Arriving at the historic ferry terminal, you’ll have time to grab a bite of lunch before joining your Fullers ferry for a cruise to Waiheke Island.
